Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This page explains what we collect when you visit Al Hiwar TV's website, and what we do not. We treat privacy as an editorial commitment rather than a formality.
1) You do not need an account
Watching on this site requires no registration and no subscription. We do not create an account for you, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number in order to let you watch.
2) What we measure
We keep a running total of how many times each episode is played on each day. That figure is aggregate by design: it is not tied to a person, a device or an account. We use it to see which programmes an audience follows — not who follows them.
3) What we do not collect
We do not use advertising trackers. We do not set cookies for advertising or commercial analytics. We do not sell or share data for marketing. We do not build interest profiles about visitors.
4) What your browser stores
Your browser keeps small display preferences on your own device — such as how episodes are sorted and how they are laid out. These stay on your device, never reach us, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
5) Technical logs
Like any server on the internet, ours records technical information needed to run the service and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept briefly and are not used to track individuals.
6) Media and content delivery
Video is served from our own servers and through a content delivery network that moves files closer to the viewer. That network handles delivery requests only; we do not pass it personal information about you.
7) External links
The site links to other platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram and SoundCloud. Once you leave our site, those platforms' own policies apply, and we have no control over what they collect.
8) Staff accounts
Channel staff hold internal administrative accounts. Sign-ins to those accounts are recorded — time, network address and browser — strictly for security. These records have nothing to do with visitors.
9) Satellite broadcast
Satellite transmission is one-way. It tells us nothing about a receiver or about who is watching.
10) Children
The site is intended for a general audience, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11) Your rights
Because what we measure is not linked to individuals, we ordinarily hold no personal data about visitors to disclose or erase. If you believe we hold information relating to you, write to us and we will look into your request.
12) Changes
We may update this page as our services change. The date of the most recent update appears at the top.
13) Contact
